Oscar Del Brutto joins TADIR Dispute Resolution as Partner and will lead the opening of its Guayaquil Office.
TADIR Dispute Resolutions is pleased to announce that Oscar Del Brutto has joined the firm as a Partner, being a strategic step in strengthening the firm’s international arbitration practice in Ecuador and the region.
Oscar Del Brutto is an Ecuadorian lawyer with a strong academic and professional background. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University, and has more than ten years of experience in national and international arbitration, including commercial and investment arbitration, acting both as counsel and as a legal expert in international arbitration. In addition to his arbitration practice, Oscar has served as a university professor of Civil Law for over ten years, combining legal practice with a sustained academic career.
Oscar Del Brutto will lead the opening of the firm’s Guayaquil office, working together with TADIR’s office in Quito. Both offices will work as a sole-unified team, covering all needs of our clients.
